Ordering Online

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure. We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. We try our best to have your package shipped out within 24 hours of ordering. Please note that orders that are received at the end of the week that need to travel long distances or to warm weather climates may be held until a Monday for shipping to ensure the quality of the product.

Cancellations

Cancellations can only be accepted if a product has not shipped. A 5% fee may be applied to a cancelled order that has not shipped if your credit card has already been processed through our service provider.

International Orders

Currently, we are only shipping within the United States of America. 

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated based upon the weight of your product and the distance from our store to the destination. Occasionally a larger size or special handling may affect the shipping charge. We currently ship all packages with The UPS service. We have set our rates to approximate the rates charged to us by our delivery service providers.

Shipping Perishable Items

Perishable products, such as chocolates require ice packs and insulated packaging materials to preserve the freshness and form of the product during shipping. There are no additional fees charged to our customers for the extra packaging. We will not ship perishable food products during extremely hot months. Some perishable products may require expedited shipping.

All perishable food items are carefully packed for safe delivery. Please make sure to refrigerate all perishable products as soon as they are delivered. Also, be sure that someone will be at the delivery address to receive the package on the expected day. Perishable shipments do not require a signature for delivery and will be left at the recipient's address. 

Prices

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are accepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices. In the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding. Purchaser is responsible for all state sales and use taxes.
